Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, email info@firesidehub.co.uk with your order number.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please email info@firesidehub.co.uk to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, custom products, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
